PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components by reducing screwed parts of a cartridge main body and a gobo and to reduce assembly man-hour. SOLUTION: A cartridge 2 which rotatably stores a photosensitive recording medium 4 has the cartridge main body 11 on which an aperture is formed on the side 11c in the inserting direction C of the cartridge 2 and on the outer surface of which a shutter slide surface and a gobo attachment surface are formed by being offset to the inside, a cover 21 which is fixed to the side 11c of the cartridge main body 11 and closes the aperture, the shutter 13 and the gobo 12 which are attached to the shutter slide surface and the gobo attachment surface, respectively and the shutter 13 and the gobo 12 are sandwiched at a step part between the cover 21 and the shutter slide surface and a step between the cover 21 and the gobo attachment surface while the shutter 13 and the gobo 12 are inserted and engaged into the cartridge main body 11 from the side 11c on the aperture side, the cover 21 is fixed to the side 11c of the cartridge main body 11 and attached to the aperture.
