PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor which suppresses a sucular change in offset voltage. SOLUTION: A magnetic sensor 1 detects a change in magnetism on the basis of the fact that each electric resistance value of magnetoresistance elements 31-34 varies in response to the change in magnetism. Each of the magnetoresistance elements 31-34 is provided on a substrate 10 through an insulating film 20. The substrate (base) 10 and the insulating film (bedding) 20 cooperate, and function as a foundation where the individual magnetoresistance elements 31-34 are provided.
