PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device which is space-saving and is simple in construction. SOLUTION: The suspension device is provided with an arm member 2 extended from a vehicle body to a wheel, a leaf spring 1 interlocked with vertical movement of the wheel, a shock absorber 4 with one end connected with the leaf spring 1 and the other end connected with the arm member 2, and a knuckle 3 mounted on the shock absorber so as not to be relatively moved in the longitudinal direction of the shock absorber 4.
