A hot floor panel is provided to maximize heat efficiency by attaching a heater directly to a tile or a stone panel, and improve durability of the heater. A hot floor panel(100) comprises a ceramic plate(10) which includes artificial stone, tile, or a natural stone panel, and emits far infrared ray; a line or plane heater(20) arranged beneath the ceramic plate; and a heat insulation plate(30) which includes a support portion(32) for supporting the ceramic plate and the heater and a heat insulation portion(31) for heat insulation and impact absorption. The heat insulation plate is arranged beneath the heater. The heater is a line or plane heater, or a heater having a thin layer structure with a mesh type heating portion. The heater is attached to a bottom surface of the ceramic plate, or directly printed onto the bottom surface of the ceramic plate. |
