A conduit installing device is provided to easily install the conduit by fitting the conduit in the conduit hanger under the upper reinforcing bar and pushing the reinforcing hanger at the lower reinforcing bar. A conduit installing device is composed of reinforcing bar and conduit hangers(1,2), and a connecting device(3) connecting the reinforcing bar and conduit hangers. The conduit hangers are formed on the upper part of the connecting device, and the reinforcing hangers are formed on the lower part of the connecting device. The conduit hangers are installed at the upper side of the connecting device. Hanging protrusions(11) are formed at the reinforcing bar hangers to prevent the reinforcing bars from being separated.
