<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical value sensor capable of obtaining excellent balance between a driving characteristic and a starting characteristic in a piezoelectric vibrator package, and highly precisely shortening a start time till a detection signal is stabilized from a piezo-electric vibrator. <P>SOLUTION: The piezoelectric vibrator package includes a container having an opening so as to store the piezoelectric vibrator in an internal storage, and a lid body joined with the peripheral edge of the opening so as to cover the opening. The connection is performed in a connection part of the container and the lid body facing each other, with the use of a sealing material concerning a method for manufacturing the package for the piezoelectric vibrator. The method includes a primary welding process for heating and melting the sealing material so as to perform welding by leaving a non-welding part which is set to have a prescribed width, and a secondary welding process for welding the non-welding part and re-welding a welding part which is welded in the primary welding process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
