<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid droplet delivering head which can easily take out an electrode from a piezoelectric element, is excellent in jetting characteristics, and can lengthen the head. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid droplet delivering head comprises nozzle holes for delivering ink droplets, pressurized liquid rooms communicated with respective nozzle holes, vibrating plates constituting at least one side walls of the pressurized liquid rooms, and driving parts for driving the vibrating plates, and the driving parts are thin laminated structural bodies made of the piezoelectric elements. In the liquid droplet delivering head, the piezoelectric element is connected to an electrically conductive member, a common electrode is drawn out, the electrically conductive member is mounted on a circuit substrate, and an electrode of the circuit substrate and a signal electrode of the piezoelectric element are connected with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
