<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify an operation so that an operation command can be set by inputting a simple gesture pattern in an on-vehicle navigation system. <P>SOLUTION: As a gesture command to be input to a navigation system, a user sets different information for an input crossing line drawing and a non-crossing line drawing drawn on a screen as commands, and decides whether or not input lines are crossing, and selects information corresponding to the decision result of crossing as commands.
