<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable common transmission rate control in a mobile station by only transmitting a common E-AGCH of one kind of transmission time interval even if common E-DPCH of a plurality transmission time intervals are mixedly transmitted. <P>SOLUTION: This transmission rate control method has a process in which a radio base station NodeB sets a transmission time interval of an individual channel for uplink user data transmission used for transmitting uplink user data to be transmitted by a mobile station UE and a transmission time interval of an absolute transmission rate control channel so that the time intervals differ from each other; a process in which the radio base station NodeB transmits the absolute transmission rate of the uplink user data at the transmission time interval of the absolute transmission rate control channel; and a process in which in transmitting the uplink user data, the mobile station UE decides a transmission rate of the uplink user data on the basis of the absolute transmission rate in which reception has been completed immediately before. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
