PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system and a managing method with which the risk can be reduced that an information processor is infected with a computer virus or worm. SOLUTION: When receiving a connection request from a PC1 for an employee and software information indicating software that the PC1 for the employee has, network equipment 3 transmits the software information to an authentication device 4. The authentication device 4 transmits authentication information to the network equipment 3 when the software information indicates antivirus software and PC operation control software inhibiting the antivirus software from being activated and transmits negation information to the network equipment 3 when not. The network equipment 3 connects the PC1 for the employee to a business network 2 when receiving the authentication information or inhibits the PC1 for the employee from being connected to the business network 2 when receiving the negation information.
