PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain printing ink having excellent emulsifiability and curability and high environmental properties. SOLUTION: The curable composition is obtained by reacting animal or vegetable oil or its fatty acid monoester with anα,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid and reacting the reaction product with a hydroxyalkyl (meth) acrylate. The curable composition comprises reclaimed oil as the animal or vegetable oil. The active energy ray-curable printing ink contains 0.1-15 wt.% based on the total of ink of the curable composition.
