PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display apparatus in which display quality is improved by expanding a light emitting area of a pixel by improving a layout of the pixels and common power lines which are composed on a substrate. SOLUTION: Pixels 7A and 7B comprising a light emitting element 40 such as an electroluminescence element and a light emitting diode (LED) element, are arranged in both sides of the common power lines com and the number of the common power lines is reduced. Moreover, by reversing polarity of a driving current which flows in the light emitting element 40 between the pixels 7A and 7B, the current which flows in the common power lines is reduced.
