PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car accessory which can be freely set to a differentiated or a customized winker note. SOLUTION: Data of sound effects consisting of pieces of music, people's voice, cries of animals, and the like downloaded from an Internet site are stored in a sound effects data memory, and a sound effects data to be used as a winker note can be set. Further, when one of the right and the left winkers is operated, the sound of the sound effects data stored in the data memory can be generated as a winker note through a loudspeaker.
