PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a watch case having decorative stones mounted thereon with extremely excellent decorativeness and appearance, capable of improving work efficiency and productivity by dispensing with a conventional work for carving a locking nail part by a chisel, and fixing the decorative stones stably by preventing dispersion of the size of each locking nail part, and the watch case having the decorative stones mounted thereon. SOLUTION: In this watch case having the decorative stones mounted thereon, each decorative stone is fixed in an insertion hole by a locking projection part enclosed by a plurality of groove parts formed so as not to cross mutually on the mounting surface where the decorative stones of the watch case are mounted and by the insertion hole for inserting the decorative stone formed so as to straddle over at least two groove parts among the plurality of groove parts.
