PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-line three-dimensional measuring device and a measuring method using one inexpensive small-sized camera. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with: an optical means 5 for separating incident light from a target object B into lights in a plurality of directions, allowing lights in at least two directions to pass optical paths having mutually different lengths, and then compounding and emitting the lights in one direction; one camera 1 for receiving the light emitted in one direction and outputting a two-dimensional image; and a processing means 6 for separating the two-dimensional image output from the camera 1 into a plurality of two-dimensional image data including each image generated by each light passing each of at least two optical paths, and determining three-dimensional information of the target object B by using the plurality of two-dimensional image data.
