PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning assembly structure, which is capable of uniformizing workability and quality, and suitable for not only mass production but also improvement of measuring accuracy, in assembly manufacture of a condensing lens, other optical components or a screen to be assembled in a casing constituting a light receiving part in a headlight tester. SOLUTION: Illumination light from a lamp R is condensed by a condensing lens 6, and a light distribution pattern on a spot at a prescribed distance (10 m) in front of the lamp R is similarly reduced and reproduced on the screen 7, and the irradiation direction or the luminous intensity of the lamp R is measured by the reduced light distribution pattern. In the casing 5 of the light receiving part 4, the condensing lens 6 is assembled on a front opening part 5a, and the screen 7 is assembled on a mounting position regarded as the spot at the prescribed distance in front of the lamp R, and a detection element 24 for measuring the luminous intensity of passing light is assembled on a road surface irradiation point P regarded as the spot at the prescribed distance in front of the lamp R, in the positioned state, by a butting or fitting positioning means by a fixing means such as screwing or spot welding.
