PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create fine polycapramide resin particles being properly spherical in shape and porous and having a high oil absorptivity and to create a cosmetic using the fine particles and being excellent in the feeling of touch to the skin. SOLUTION: The fine polycapramide resin particles are ones obtained by dissolving a polycapramide resin in a polyhydric alcohol or a polyhydric alcohol/water mixture by heating and cooling the solution, wherein the relative viscosity and the oil absorption satisfy: (A) a relative viscosity of 1.70 to 2.35 and (B) an oil absorption of 115 to 200 mL/g.
