PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carton with a zipper easily held by anyone and easily opened by making an improvement of providing a recessed part in a part of a folding line overlapping on an end side of a zipper tab to form a clearance below the tab. SOLUTION: The zipper is formed by two cutting lines extending from an end side of a carton panel of cardboard, a tab acting as a starting end of the zipper is held to tear off the zipper to open a predetermined area in the carton, either a part of or all of the folding line on the carton overlapping on the end side of the tab is provided with a recessed part to form a clearance between the tab and the carton. The recessed part is formed by folding a lower panel arcuate folding line of zipper having a shape bulged out to an arcuate form from the folding line to the lower panel of the zipper and a side panel arcuate folding line having a shape bulged out to an arcuate form at a side panel, and the maximum height of the side panel arcuate folding line from the folding line is larger than the maximum height of a zipper lower panel arcuate folding line from the folding line.
