PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To favorably radiograph a structure more detailed than its pixel by exceeding a limit resolution of a flat panel type X-ray detector by a rational improvement. SOLUTION: A filament switching mechanism changes an X-ray tube 1 into a state of emitting X rays from a regular focus and a grid 18 into a state of displaced to an operation position, and positions a C-arm at a low position so as to perform a catheter operation to a site of interest. After the catheter reaches the site of interest, the filament switching mechanism changes the X-ray tube 1 into a state of emitting the X-rays from a micro focus and the grid 18 into a state of displaced to a non-operation position, and raises the C-arm to a high position so as to perform a magnification radiography (three times magnification) magnifying a distance between a subject H and the flat panel type X-ray detector 2 to a distance between the subject H and the X-ray tube 1 of roughly 1:2.
