PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen enricher which effectively affects a self-recovering function of a skin and enables a user to actually feel the effects. SOLUTION: The oxygen enricher is equipped with an oxygen enriching means 2 embedded in a body 1 to generate oxygen enriched air, a discharging port part 6 to discharge the oxygen enriched air obtained by the oxygen enriching means 2 outside the body 1, a cylindrical brush body 16 with a handle 8 and a pectination 15, a relaying part 13 provided on the handle 8, a tube 9 for connecting the discharging port part 6 and the relaying part 13, and a connecting pipe 14 which is connected to the relaying part 13 and has a plurality of discharging parts 7 for discharging the oxygen enriched air. The user effectively stimulates a scalp and actually feels the effects of the oxygen enriched air by transmitting pulsations during the driving of the oxygen enricher to the scalp with the pectination 15 while the user directly exposes the scalp to the oxygen enriched air.
