Cosmetic agent comprises micro-encapsulated latent heat storage material, where the capsule wall of the micro-encapsulate is formed from one or more 1-24C-alkylester of (meth)acrylic acid (monomer I) (30-100 wt.%), bi- or poly-functional monomer (monomer II), which is water insoluble or hardly soluble and other monomers (monomer III) (0-40 wt.%).
