METHOD OF CONNECTING MANHOLE AND WATER STOPPING PIPE USING WATER-SWELLED RUBBER RING

A method of connecting a waterproof pipe and a manhole using a water-swelled rubber waterproof ring is provided to completely preclude the water from being leaked at the manhole combined area by combining the manhole with the waterproof pipe. A method of connecting a waterproof pipe(20) and a manhole(30) using a water-swelled rubber waterproof ring(10) comprises a step of combining the water-swelled rubber waterproof ring to the manhole size at one end of the waterproof pipe; a step of boring combining devices(34) of the manhole having an internal diameter added with the thickness of the water-swelled rubber waterproof ring; a step of inserting the waterproof pipe in the bored combining device; a step of pouring a reinforcement concrete or a mortar(40) to support the waterproof pipe; and a step of hardening the concrete or the mortar and closely contacting the ring with the bored combining device of the manhole.
