A fuel supply system of an LPI(Liquefied Petroleum Injection) engine is provided to check faults caused due to the disconnection of a fuel supply cutoff valve. A fuel supply system of an LPI engine, comprises an LPI control unit(70), and a fuel supply cutoff valve electrically connected to the LPI control unit, and arranged on a fuel supply line for guiding fuel from a bombe to an LPI engine. The LPI control unit includes a fuel supply cutoff valve sensing section for sensing the disconnection of the fuel supply cutoff valve. The fuel supply cutoff valve is grounded through the LPI control unit, and electrically connected to the LPI control unit.
