LASER SCANNING UNIT HAVING INTEGRAL TYPE CYLINDER LENS WITH SLIT

An LSU having a cylinder lens integrated with a slit is provided to integrally embody the slit and a cylinder lens, thereby improving the assembly of the LSU, saving part costs, and minimizing an assembly error. An LSU(Laser Scanning Unit) comprises the followings: a light source(110); a collimator lens(120) which makes a light generated from the light source(110) into a collimated light; a cylinder lens(200) integrated with a slit which restricts the size of the light passed through the collimator lens(120) and collects the light in a sub-scanning direction; a polygon mirror(150) which reflects a light passed through the integral-type cylinder lens(200); and an optical system which images a light scanned by the polygon mirror to a photoreceptor(190).
