A real-time broadcasting service method applied with an AP(Access Point) and the AP applied to the method are provided to allow the AP to receive video data stored in a VOD(Video On Demand) server, through the VOD server, and to receive a broadcasting signal provided in real time by streaming/modulating the broadcasting signal, thereby reducing a burden applied to the VOD server, consequently traffic is prevented. A broadcasting signal processing module(260) receives a broadcasting signal provided in real time. The broadcasting signal processing module(260) digitally encodes the received broadcasting signal in real time, configures a data group signal to packetize the group signal, and multiplexes generated packets to modulate the multiplexed packets into streaming data. The broadcasting signal processing module(260) transmits the modulated streaming data to a VOD processing module(250). The VOD processing module(250) transmits the received streaming data to a wireless terminal device.
