A weather strip structure for a vehicle is provided to save time for an adhesion work and improve the adhesion function by increasing an adhesion area with a stable adhesive, as well as facilitating the adhesion work. A weather strip structure(10) for a vehicle comprises a seating flange(12). The seating flange is disposed at a lower side of a cut portion which is formed along a length direction of the weather strip, in order to stably seat an adhesive(13) being injected into the cut portion. The cut portion is disposed almost in the middle of the weather strip with respect to a width direction. The seating flange is bent stepwise and integrally formed with one side of the cut portion. As the adhesive is applied to the cut portion through a bond gun(14), the adhesive flows in a gap of the cut portion and is seated in the seating flange disposed at the lower part of the cut portion.
