A resin composition of high barrier multi-layer film for functional medical solution is provided to allow providing of multi-layer film suitable to packaging and injection of medical solution, to improve flexibility, transparency, heat resistance, enclosure, and durability of multi-layer film for medical use, and to improve the competitive power against material cost. The resin composition of high barrier multi-layer film for functional medical solution comprises: the first layer(1) comprising a copolymer of nylon 66 and nylon 610 as a barrier layer; the second layer(2) as an adhesive layer comprising a copolymer of ethylene and alpha-polyolefin; the third layer(3) comprising the blend of elastomers and polypropylene polymers selected from polypropylene single polymer and polypropylene copolymer.
