LAMINATION APPARATUS AND LAMINATION METHOD USING THE SAME

A metal sheet laminating apparatus and a metal sheet laminating method using the same are provided to bond metal sheets using various bonding materials by easily increasing temperature of the bonding material in vacuum although a bonding material has a high melting point, thereby obtaining a high vapor pressure of the bonding material, and constantly maintain the thickness of the bonding material by allowing a temperature controller to accurately control a vapor pressure of a bonding material within a spray part, thereby obtaining a constant deposition rate. A metal sheet laminating apparatus comprises: a process chamber; first and second feeding parts installed within the process chamber to feed first and second metal sheets(1t,2t) respectively; a spray part(30) for spraying a bonding material(30m) between the fed first and second metal sheets; a bonding part(25) for bonding the first and second metal sheets; and a pump(50) connected to one side of the process chamber to maintain the process chamber in a vacuum condition. The metal sheets are tape type metal sheets, the first and second feeding parts are first and second reels(21,22) respectively, and the tape type first and second metal sheets are fed by the rotation of the first and second reels. The metal sheet laminating apparatus further comprises: a third reel(23) for winding metal sheets bonded by the bonding part; a heater(40) for heating the metal sheets bonded by the bonding part to improve bonding force of the first and second metal sheets; a position controller(32) connected to the spray part to control the position of the spray part with respect to the bonding part; and a temperature controller(34) connected to the spray part to control temperature of the spray part.
