A mobile communication terminal and a method for storing recorded contents of an electronic book are provided to divide a specific paragraph into voce and sentence and to store the divided voice and sentence if there is the specific paragraph that a user wants to record during reproduction of the electronic book, so that the user can transmit an impressive part of the electronic book contents to the other party including a family and friend by a multimedia message or a text message. A method for storing recorded contents of an electronic book comprises the following steps of: returning to the initial location of a specific paragraph during reproduction of the electronic book(S250); starting recording of the specific paragraph(S260); and by using a flag which is equally displayed in the voice data and the text data, generating recorded data in which specific voice data as a part corresponding to the specific paragraph among voice data is recorded and also generating sentence data in which specific text data as a part corresponding to the specific paragraph among text data is copied(S270).
