<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rainwater from entering an electric equipment box of an air conditioner. <P>SOLUTION: When stopping a heat exchange air blower 22, there is no flow of air to an air blower chamber 23 from the electric equipment box 24, and an exhaust port door 32 contacts with an abutting surface 31a of an exhaust port 31 by being pressed down by gravity. The heat exchange air blower 22 rotates, and the inside of the air blower chamber 23 is put under negative pressure, and the exhaust port door 32 rocks to the air blower chamber side by a pressure difference, and the exhaust port 31 opens. Since outside air is introduced to a machine room 26 from an outside air introducing port 28 and enters the electric equipment box 24 from a suction port 29 of the electric equipment box 24 and is exhausted to the air blower chamber 23 from the exhaust port 31 by cooling an electric part 30, even if air including the rainwater when wind and rain are strong in stopping enters into the air blower chamber 23 by flowing backward from an air blower blowout port 27, the air does not infiltrate into the electric equipment box 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
