PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of improving convenience when a user edits image data containing a plurality of image areas.

SOLUTION: In this image processor, access right information is retained in a storage part 12 in association with each of a plurality of image areas contained in object image data, the object image data are displayed on a display part 14, and editing of the image data by the user is permitted or restricted for each image area based on the access right information.
