摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hydrogen permeable alloy having excellent hydrogen permeability and hydrogen embrittlement resistance. <P>SOLUTION: This alloy is an Nb-Ti-Co alloy combining hydrogen permeability with hydrogen embrittlement resistance and contains one element among Fe, Cu and Mn as a fourth element. In the case where the above Fe or Cu is contained, preferred content is 1 to 14 mol%; in the case where the above Mn is contained, preferred content is 1 to 9 mol%. An NbTi phase can provide hydrogen permeability and a CoTi phase can provide hydrogen embrittlement resistance, and hereby excellent hydrogen permeability and excellent hydrogen embrittlement resistance can be obtained. The above Fe, Cu or Mn can be substituted for a part of Co without inhibiting the above characteristics, and the workability of the alloy can further be improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
