<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress degradation in the output characteristics of a fuel cell without causing deterioration of the fuel cell at starting of a fuel cell system. <P>SOLUTION: This fuel cell system is so structured that the characteristics of power generation voltage of the fuel cell 101 is deduced by a fuel cell output characteristics deducing part 201, based on the gas pressure of a reaction gas supplied to the fuel cell 101; start-time target gas pressure of the reaction gas, at which the estimated power generation voltage is set at the preset maximum value permitted in the fuel cell 101, is calculated by a start-time target gas pressure calculation part 205; and the supply of the reaction gas to the fuel cell 101 is controlled by the start-time target gas pressure, obtained by the calculation at starting of the system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
