<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an NC machine tool enabling an operator to quickly perform suitable processing by providing detailed notice to the operator by inner data included in the machine tool, capable of preventing the occurrence of errors in the replacement of tools, and thereby capable of previously preventing the occurrence of an accident without sacrificing productivity. <P>SOLUTION: An NC apparatus 100 in a machining center includes a tool data memory 160 for storing tool replacement history and tool data when a tool is manually replaced. The tool data memory 160 stores updating history indicating the updating of the tool data. A main control part 130 judges whether the tool is changed or not on the basis of either one of the tool replacement history and the updating history and controls the stop of a main shaft head moving part 215 for moving the tool on the basis of the judged result.
