<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily go to a location, where a charge liquidation card (for example, ETC card) payable for the charge without directly paying cash is used, can be grasped instantaneously in the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A conversion table in which toll gate number, toll gate name and its location information are correlated is prepared. Used history information stored in the ETC card 210 is read in and from the toll gate number contained in the used history information, the toll gate name and its location information are gained by using the conversion table.
