PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire having a terminal, capable of properly keeping adhesion between the terminal and a core and of keeping stable electrical connection, to provide its manufacturing method, and to provide a terminal crimping device. SOLUTION: In this wire with a terminal constituted, by connecting a conductive terminal 20 to a terminal part of a wire 10 formed by coating a core 12 with an insulating coating material 14, the stripped core 12 at the terminal of the wire 10 is caught by a core-crimping part 26, equipped with at least a pair of crimp pieces 26a and 26b; a plurality of projections 126 are formed parallel to each other on a surface of a base part 24 of the core-crimping part 26 in contact with the core 12, in a direction of crossing with the axial direction of the wire to crimp and connect the core thereto; and the projections are press-formed on the core crimping part from the outside in crimping and connecting the core.
