PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquefaction preventing method for constructing a uniform and continuous drain body without complicated construction management while producing no surplus soil during the construction of the drain body, and furthermore miniaturizing a construction facility. SOLUTION: A hopper 3 is disposed to surround a plunger 1 provided with a conveying screw 2, and in a state of supplying a drain material 4 to the hopper 3, the plunger 1 is pressed into the ground 5 while being rotated in a direction in which the conveying direction of the conveying screw 2 coincides with the excavating direction of the plunger 1. The drain material 4 is thereby supplied into a borehole 6 simultaneously with press-in of the plunger 1, and the drain material 4 is continuously supplied and filled in the borehole 6 by rotating the plunger 1 in the same direction also when pulling it up, thus constructing the drain body 7 densely and uniformly filled with the drain material 4.
