PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power seat sliding device capable of simplifying a structure related to a gear box. SOLUTION: The power seat sliding device 1 comprises a lower rail 11 fixed to a floor 3, an upper rail 12 which is slidably supported by the lower rail 11 to hold a seat 2, a screw member 13 extending in the longitudinal direction between the upper rail 12 and the lower rail 11, a nut member 14 which is fixed to the lower rail 11 and screwed to the screw member 13, a gear box 21 connected to a front end 13a of the screw member 13, a motor 23 for transmitting the driving force to the screw member 13 via the gear box 21, and a bearing member 30 which is fixed to the upper rail 12, and turnably holds the screw member 13 between the gear box 21 and the nut member 14, and maintains the position in the longitudinal direction of the screw member 13 with respect to the upper rail 12.
