PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain intrusion of water and a foreign substance intruded into a space part in a periphery of a rotation sensor into a periphery of a bearing supporting an axle free to rotate. SOLUTION: A rotor 30 rotates with a drive shaft 22. A wheel speed sensor 28 is arranged above the rotor 30 and detects rotation of the rotor 30. An axle bearing 24 supports the drive shaft 22 free to rotate. An axle carrier 26 has an insertion hole 26a into which the speed sensor 28 is inserted. The axle carrier 26 has a projected part 26e projected inward from an insertion hole inner peripheral surface 26b and in a direction away from the bearing on the side of the drive shaft 22 of the space part 36 formed of the insertion hole inner peripheral surface 26b and a sensor outer peripheral surface 28a of the wheel speed sensor 28.
