PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide heat exchanger facility capable of being made compact while maintaining high performance. SOLUTION: The heat exchangers 11 and 21 according to this invention have a radiator 12 for a vehicle and condensers 13 and 22 for air-conditioning manufactured separately, the radiator 12 is disposed above and in the same plane with the condensers 13 and 22, and the condensers 13 and 22 are furnished with refrigerant passages 15 and 25 connected in series in the fore-and-aft direction relative to the flow of the air, and inlets to the passages 15 and 25 are provided in the most downstream of the air flow, while the outlets from the passages 15 and 25 are provided in the most upstream of the air flow.
