PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coextruded multilayered film in which even if the film is a thick film having 100μm or more of a film thickness, the film has the high straight-line-cut nature and the easy-tearing nature in both lengthwise and lateral directions and is excellent in the easy-peelable nature, and the film is capable of the second shaping and has the pinhole resistance by bending and the heat seal strength capable of enduring the packaging for heavy loads, and to provide a wrapper consiting of the film. SOLUTION: The coextruded multilayered film is a laminate of a resin layer (A) mainly consisting of a low density polyethylene (a1), a resin layer (B) containing 70-90 mass% of a low-density polyethylene (b1), and 10-30 mass% of a cyclic olefin based resin (b2) in a order of (A)/(B)/(A).
