A system and a method for providing a service for a special group are provided to offer a family service satisfying a family or family members based on home entry information of the family members by transmitting service information to a mobile terminal of the family members. An entry management system(200) generates the entry information of the family member by recognizing entry of the family member going in/out of a house and transmits the generated entry information to a service providing server(300). The service providing server selects the service provided to the family members based on the entry information and preset family member information, and transmits the selected service the mobile terminal(100) set to each family member. The service providing server is linked with a message service system for receiving message information and receipt family member ID information from the mobile terminal, and transmitting a message to the receipt member terminal corresponding to the receipt family member ID information.
