An apparatus for retrieving oil of a compressor of a multi-type air conditioner is provided to prevent refrigerant from being moved backward to each compressor through each return pipe by placing a capillary tube. An apparatus for retrieving oil of a compressor of a multi-type air conditioner comprises at least two compressors installed at an outdoor device(80), oil separators(85,86) connected to each compressor to separate oil in refrigerant discharged from the compressor, an oil tank(300) connected to the oil separator to receive oil separated from the oil separator, and an oil recovery part whose one end is connected to an oil tank and other end is connected to each compressor to uniformly supply oil. The compressor has inverter and constant speed compressors(83,84). The oil recovery part has a capillary tube(410) formed to reduce flow speed of oil, a first return pipe(430) whose one end is connected to the capillary tube and other end is connected to the inverter compressor, and a second return pipe(450) whose one is connected to the capillary tube and other end is connected to the constant speed compressor.
