Provided is a two-component adhesion promoting composition comprising organoalkoxysilane, which is prepared in a simple manner, has a wide range of usefulness, and increases an adhesion of adhesives and sealing materials. The two-component adhesion promoting composition consists of a first component(K1) including at least one organoalkoxysilane and at least one anhydrous surface activator, and a second component(K2) comprising at least water and at least one acid. The acid is provided in a sufficient amount to make the mixture of the components(K1,K2) acidic. The acid is an organic acid or an inorganic acid.
