CONVERTER AND X-RAY DETECTION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray detecting optoelectronic converter formed by the same process as a TFT and inexpensively manufactured without complicating a production process.

SOLUTION: The X-ray detecting optoelectronic converter has: a fluorescent material 6030 for converting X rays into a light; a sensor board 6011 including a plurality of pixels two-dimensionally disposed on an insulating board and having optoelectronic conversion elements for converting the light into charges and switch elements for transferring electrical signals based on the charges; a first flexible circuit board connected to the sensor board and having a shift register SR1 implemented so as to drive the switch elements; and a second flexible circuit board connected to the sensor board and having a group of integrated circuits implemented so as to detect signals from the pixels.
