PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply perform suitable project management in accordance with the management contents of other projects when a plurality of related projects exist.

SOLUTION: When task completing operation is performed in the project management system, a task completion control part 1007 determines whether the operation is to be permitted or not in accordance with whether the data of a target item satisfy a completion condition or not. When the data of a target item are newly set in the task of the project, a related project judgment part 1008 determines whether a project related to the project exists or not. When the related project exists, a data processing part 1009 sets the data of the target item in a task corresponding to the task in which the target item is newly set.
