<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which it is required to inexpensively supply a homogeneous carbonized material in large amounts in order to widely utilize it as industrial application, though it is desired to carrying out carbonization treatment of fallen trees, thinned woods and bamboo treated in large amount by forest management, etc. and widen utilization thereof to feed for livestock, soil improvement, water purification, etc., as measures for effectively utilizing these materials as resources. <P>SOLUTION: The carbonized material-producing furnace is formed as a charcoal furnace in a pool shape in which a fire hole and the ceiling for covering the furnace which were essential in conventional carbonized material-producing furnace for producing the carbonized material in large amounts by utilizing a general-purpose operating machine are excluded and a raw material for carbonization in the furnace is pressed from the upper part to form the raw material for carbonization as a pressed body and a carbonized material-producing objective place is blocked from the outside air to produce the carbonized material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
