<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing apparatus equipped with an apparatus like a suture with a simple structure which facilitates the connection of a tube for a fluid or a similar medical article to a patient without using a needle and without joining to the patient by stitching. <P>SOLUTION: The fixing apparatus 10 is equipped with two threads or filaments 18 and corresponding receptacles 20. The filament is equipped with an articulation section to cooperate with a hole of the receptacle and the articulation section easily receives a distal end of the filament in the receptacle and prevents the distal end of the filament from being pulled out from the receptacle. A health care provider simply winds the filament around the tube for the fluid or secures the end of the filament through a sutural hole of a medical section pin and secures the distal end of the filament through the hole of the receptacle until the filament firmly holds the medical article to an anchor pad or a fixing system.
