PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a film without mixing with an adjacent layer, apply the manufacturing method to manufacturing of an electronic device and an organic electroluminescent element, obtain the organic electroluminescent element superior in a light-emitting efficiency and a light-emitting lifetime by that, and furthermore, apply this to a display device and an illumination device. SOLUTION: This is the manufacturing method of the film to remove at least one of a compound from a primary film after a solid state primary film containing at least two of compound has been formed.
