PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescence element having white light emission, high luminance, and low electric power consumption. SOLUTION: This organic electroluminescence element has a plurality of light emitting layers having a light extracting and/or condensing sheet on the light extracting side. The organic electroluminescence element is characterized in that the light taking-out and/or condensing sheet satisfies the following requirements (A) and (B): (A) the light extracting and/or condensing sheet is set so that the front luminance amplification rate (a) in the wavelength region of 430 nm to 480 nm is 2.0≤a≤5.0, and the front luminance amplification rate (b) in the wavelength region of 510 nm to 550 nm is 1.5≤b≤4.0, and the front luminance amplification rate (c) in the wavelength region of 600 nm to 640 nm is 1.0≤c≤3.0, and (a) has a maximum value, and (B) The light extracted from the light extracting and/or condensing sheet is white light.
